An Oasis of Love, Recovery, and Spiritual Exploration
Recovering Hearts opened its doors the summer of 1990 creating a warm and welcoming space for tourists and the local community. We filled the store with books, cards, gifts and clothing all with positive messages for the heart and soul. We support local artists and artisans as well as global fair trade and organic products.
A portion of our profit goes to local organizations. We helped to found Helping Our Women (HOW) in 1992. HOW’s mission is to educate and empower women with life-challenging and chronic illnesses.
